A little history about the Seybold Building: Historical note: John Seybold ran a bakery and confectionery in a three-story building, which he built in 1915. A rear annex two-story building was added to it in 1921 and another eight stories were added to that in 1925. The Seybold building and arcade quickly became a Miami landmark.
